A history with a vision

ERRIA was originally established in 1992 as Rederiet Fabricius A/S, located in Marstal.

In the transition period from 1992 to 2002, the services offered by the company included technical management and part-ownerships in several smaller vessels.

An important milestone was reached in 2002, when the company became listed on the Dansk AMP stock exchange, with prominent investors amongst the new broader range of share holders.

2003 marks the certification according to ISO9001:2000. 

In 2005 a major acquisition was carried through when the tank ship and maritime consulting company BR Marine A/S became part of the company group.

In connection with the acquisition of BR Marine A/S, the company logo was changed to FABRICIUS MARINE. As of 20 April 2007 the company logo was changed to ERRIA and the company name Erria A/S.

In November 2007 Erria A/S was introduced on the OMX Nordic Exchange Copenhagen A/S. The rights issue resulted in a considerable increase in capital, leaving Erria A/S well prepared for investment in future development.
