ERRIA GENERAL MEETING 2009

On April 24th, 2009, Erria A/S once again held the annual general meeting at Marstal Navigationsskole.

Chairman, Kaare Vagner, presented the company situation in 2008, and commented that 3 out of 4 business segments were performing well. Only the fourth business segment was reason for the unsatisfactory results.
CEO, Henrik Andersen enlightened the investors with some details about the market in general and the prospects for future development.

Deputy Chairman Jan Erlund commended the efforts of Kaare Vagner, who has initiated many positive actions and maintained a high energy level over a long period of time, also in the present downturn of the market.

Owing to the rules of OMX listed companies, state authorised public accountant Flemming Heden Knudsen, had to resign after 4 years in duty, and Kaare Vagner thanked him for his effort with Erria A/S.

After the official general assembly, the investors gathered at the Hotel Ærø Strand. Traditional Skipperlabskovs with slightly less meat than previous years and the speciality Riga Balzam was on the menu. Entertainment was delivered by Marstal Småborgerlige Sangforening, a union of men with an excellent talent for local as well as sea shanties. During the performance, the guests had the pleasure of witnessing Chairman Kaare Vagner, joining the group and displaying a good singing talent.

We look forward to seeing a high number of investors again next year.
